This mod have all the Naruto skins of Peds for gta sa (except for some missions guys)... just put this to ur gta3.img using img tool... and your walking peoples of gta sa will all be of naruto's world!! :D
There are many of them but i didn't took their all pics ;) it will take a loooooooooong time :D
If using img tool it take a long time but if use alci img editor its fast!

There are repeated skins, but this is easy to fix.
